Tsure ga utsu ni narimashite.
Mikio, portrayed by Masato Sakai, is a dedicated employee and a married man. One day, he receives a diagnosis of depression. His wife, Haruko, played by Aoi Miyazaki, has been his partner for five years. Haruko works as a comic artist, but her creations do not achieve much success, leading her to depend heavily on Mikio for support. Unaware of any shifts in Mikio’s behavior, Haruko starts to feel guilty for missing the warning signs. Mikio’s depression stems from the pressure at his workplace, where he is being pushed to resign. After leaving his job, Mikio’s mental health begins to improve, but this also alters the dynamics of their marriage.
