In an effort to rescue her community television station, a weather presenter decides to amplify her daily holiday-themed challenges to attract more viewers. However, when she teams up with a toy drive organized by a single dad who is focused solely on helping others rather than indulging in the festive mood, she discovers that her own emotions are beyond her control.
