In this semi-autobiographical dark comedy, Tig Notaro stars as herself, navigating a return to her hometown following her mother’s unexpected passing. Grappling with her own worsening health issues, Tig finds it challenging to cope with the absence of the one person who truly understood her. Meanwhile, she must also manage her overly attached girlfriend and her chaotic family dynamics.
