Su-jin derails the investigation into Daejin and turns the scrutiny back onto Dong-ho. As a strike threatens Dong-ho’s power, he uses his silver bullet.

Dong-ho exposes himself to bring his foes to justice, putting himself at risk for prosecution. In turn, Su-jin stops at nothing to have Dong-ho arrested.

Facing calls to resign, Dong-ho confronts Su-jin privately. He soon debates Jo Sang-cheon, where the issue of North Korea plagues Dong-ho’s campaign.
