Goatling: Son of Satan

“Cabrito” unfolds in three distinct segments, each exploring the life of a man tormented by those closest to him. The narrative opens with the tale of his father, revealing the family’s descent into cannibalism. The middle section shifts to his mother, whose warped religious beliefs bring out the darkest aspects of her son. The concluding chapter centers on the protagonist’s ultimate emotional release, as he abducts his first love, Rosalita, and reenacts the grotesque and unnatural nurturing he experienced within his family.
