Fire investigator Sean McCaffrey, the son of the late Steven “Bull” McCaffrey, has joined the same Chicago fire station where his uncle Brian works. When Sean is tasked with probing a fatal blaze, he and his partner Maggie quickly uncover that this is no ordinary fire. The evidence they gather propels them into a perilous journey involving arson, murder, and global terrorism. To uncover the mastermind behind the fire and thwart their sinister objectives, Sean must rely on his instincts and seek assistance from the notorious imprisoned arsonist Ronald Bartel.
