In a futuristic setting, Major Lazer emerges as a Jamaican superhero battling the oppressive forces that have devastated society, under the leadership of President Whitehall and General Rubbish. Aiding Major Lazer in his struggle are Penny, the daughter of President Whitehall, and a hacker known as Blkmrkt.
